Attendance of technical sessions and other conference participation is excluded.

The registration fee for the Post-Conference Tour includes:

  • Transportation
  • Accommodations
  • Meals
  • Admissions fees
  • Handouts

All sessions of this event have concluded; therefore, registration is not possible at this time.

Cancellation and Attendee Substitution Policy

Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice that must be emailed ( or faxed (303.277.8683) to the registration office. The following information applies:

  • Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
  • Cancellations of registrations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received at the registration office in accordance with the dates specified below:
    • through June 30, 2013: an 80% refund will be issued
    • after June 30 through July 20, 2013: a refund of 50% will be issued
    • after July 20: no refund will be issued
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations of Post-Conference Tour registrations.
