Papers, Posters, and Abstracts

The deadline for submission of abstracts for presentations and posters is July 8, 2014. Electronic submission is strongly preferred and must be made through a separate abstract submission website.

Access the submission website

Registering at the abstract site and registering for the conference are two separate processes! You must submit your abstracts at the abstract submission website and register for the conference on the registration page.

Authors must first register at the abstract submission website. Upon completing this registration, they will receive an email confirming their registration to submit an abstract. This e-mail will contain the Author login ID and password, and will have Author Instructions and Abstract Template attached. Abstracts must be submitted in, and fit within, the Abstract Template form. Abstracts must be written in clear English. Accepted authors will be asked to transfer a non-exclusive license to publish abstracts, presentation materials, and final papers submitted to the Symposium.

Abstracts will be reviewed by technical program teams in the Program Areas listed above on this page.
